im on my 6th day of mc. haven't cheated by eating, only drinking prune juice here and there besides the lemonade.
also i've been doing the b&p shakes 2 times a day for the last 2 days...and.....

i've been passing something strage. it looks like skin of a potato, but it's not (i know cause i passed it once)and comes in patches that float (usually stuck to other stuff tho). it's clear but brownish in color...maybe looks more like a very light brown broken balloon. but not a balloon shape of course! lol, that would be scary!

so, i think this is plaque? i've seen photos but nothing like the stuff i'm passing. anyone else had this???
