well, I did the Dr. Clark trio tincture enema last night followed by a coffee enema.
MY result.....very disapionting...only a about 5 or maybe more small entertwined parts of what looks like disintergrated worms. I also passed the smelly dark spots as well as the white rice like eggs or worms. Next time, I think I will do a stronger strenght b/c I think in my case, I often need to triple the doses that might work for the average person.
After the coffee enema....I feel really GREAT BUT only the dark poop visible.
I took dose #3 of 3200mg Co10 w/out the caps and golden seal, vit C, fresh raw garlic and began to have one of those really painful belly button area pain. I figured its the mucoid plaques or just old stuck on waste getting loose so I agitated my stomach and rubed it did not complain. I later had a really fowl smelling poop with some more of the rice look alike and black disintergrates as well as some small mucosy discharge. This exploded out of me so fast I thought my poop had a distination......the ROYAL THRONE.
Less worm activity still going on. Restarted exercising today on an empty stomach and had so much energy (must be the Co 10). I only drank water for about 16 hours and after 20minuts on the treadmil and 10 minutes on level 3 I wanted the stair climber to restart compared to before I could only do a five minute on level one on the climber. Go figure. I definitly feel 70% healthier and look forward to my next Liver Flush planned for the 15 or 16.
