Hi,
I just did my first
Liver Flush 3 days ago. I was hoping to do a bowel and a
kidney cleanse first, but then another gall bladder attack, made me too impatient to wait. My first flush I got out a lot of green sand and about 10-15 pea size stones. After the flush I was very weak and dizzy for a day. I'm recovered now, but I'm having pain that is growing. Before my flush, I had a dull pain in my right side, gall bladder. Since my flush, the pain on the right side has been off and on for 2 days. I have also had a dull pain in my left side, that is mirroed to the pain on the right, just about 2
inches lower. Today the pain on the left started getting uncomfortable. The pain on my right is getting worse now also, because it migrating to my back.
I've read that the pain on the left might be kidney. Should I do a kidney flush? Should I do another liver flush? I'm trying to drink lots of water and apple juice. I haven't been eating much the last couple of days. After a gall bladder attack, food doesn't sound to good. The last couple of days I have had oatmeal for breakfast, spaghetti for lunch, and chicken and rice or soup for dinner. I know I need more fruits and veggies, but I need the strength to get to the grocery store first!
What else should I be doing to help my body have the strength it needs to get through these flushes? What should I do about my current pain?
Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Brea
