I can mention a few methods to start cleansing in a easy way;
1. Lymphdrenage is what most of us have heard about; This light, soft massage is absolutely a very good start to activate a malfunctioning lymph-system. Intestinal massage is also very good. After Dr Mayr. I will bring you a photo-session soon.
2. Brush your skin everyday. With a natural brush.
Brush "Frontside" of your body upwards and "Backside" of your body
downwards.....
Start with left side arms and legs. The palm of your hand and the inside of your arm is the "back-side", which means that you brush this side of the arm downwards, and the other side of your arm upwards! Use a natural brush or a "loffa-glow".
3. Hydrotherapy:
After the brushing, use hydrotherapy every day!
First heat up your body with a nice warm shower, then let the cold water over your head, neck-area, arms and legs....all your body!
1 minute hot shower and 1 minute cold shower, repeat 7 times.
In the beginning this could be difficult. You could get used to it if you try with hot and cold foot-baths to start with.
Or only arms and legs to start with. Always end with the cold!
4. Another very important lymph-stimulator is simply:
TRAMPOLINE JUMPING!
This can even be done if you are bound to a wheel-chair!
Leave the patiant on the Jump-king and let the children jump around the patient.
Only those movements every day could do incredible wonders.
You don`t have to jump so high to do this exercise. Just a dance or a walk on the trampoline (every day)!! would cleanse your lymph-system and bring it in a better condition.....
5. Rince your sinuses every morning as you gurgle with Sunflower oil.....about one spoonful that you squeese inbetween your theet and lips about 15 minutes......the oil becomes white and milky and then you spit it out! Cut onion, eat garlic, cayenne, herb-teas, horseradish and ginger and olive-leaf exstract as often as possible.....
6. Make special Bath-formulas from Epsomsalt, Eteric oils, Herbs,
Sea-salt, Chloride or Soy-okara-water....... donkey-milk or champagne..... Find your favorite-bath..... Take a sauna often (Always end with a cold shower) Or join friends who do the Indian ritual; Sweat-lodge! Wonderful.....
