Welcome, garlic fan!
You have most certainly joined the right forum.
At night I take 2 raw garlic cloves with a yummy fresh orange; I chew the orange section, holding all the juice in my mouth, and right before swallowing I pop the clove in my back teeth and chew up and swallow it all. It still burns (don't let it under your tongue!) but the smell is gone in the morning. If I eat garlic raw on an empty stomach with only a little fruit and then fast all night, it processes easily.
Fresh garlic cloves like our humble friend the rainworm are always busy helping humanity, and they deserve more appreciation.
Everybody smells like something! If it's something typical like coffee or cigarettes or alcohol or medicines, people think it's normal so they don't notice.
But garlic announces its cheerful aroma two times: fresh after eating, and later when it has finished its good job for us and is saying bye-bye!, dragging the toxins away along with. Probably it is the essence of discharging toxins that people are reacting to, but they associate it with the innocent smell of the garlic.
So, Jan, you are making this huge change in your life, congratulations! Such a big change, people may be uneasy and the first thing they mention is the garlic. But if they know you well and are happy to see you work through difficulties and achieve your deepest dreams, maybe they will share your garlic too and if so, aren't they lucky!!!
Years ago I ate a lot of daikon radish (daikon tea, daikon leaf baths...) twice for 2 scary ailments and it worked like a charm but you smell like a big radish. My brand-new boyfriend at the time was driving in the countryside and asked the farmer "Oh, what's your crop?" and when he heard "Daikon," wow! he bought enough to pack his entire car just for me! What a sight, he pulled up with this car stuffed with greens hanging out the window, all evening we hung them in bunches in the kitchen. The smell never came out of his car upholstery, but he didn't mind.
And that is true romance. :)
Welcome to cure zone! Keep on dancing!
