i just had to freeze some stones this morning so i can take some photos later today and post them! i know you will have a hard time believing this (especially all of you that still think it's olive oil!) but one stone is about 2/3 of an inch!!!

This is a reply to # 579,916Thanks for the info. I tried the ES. It makes the symtoms better, but makes me a little tired.
Also I will try your idea about eating small meals.
