Doing my 2nd liver flush tonight!

Does anyone else NOT look forward to this? I really don't mind the olive oil and grapefruit juice concoction, but the Epsom Salts , BLECH! I get nauseated just thinking about it.
My first Liver Flush yielded quite a few stones, some about 1-2 cm. Hopefully, I'll be getting rid of some more.
The last flush I was sick to my stomach at about 12:30 a.m. I'm not taking the Ornithine tonight.
I'll let you know what transpires.

This is a reply to # 579,419I didn't get sick this time. But I also didn't take the Ornithine, so it took awhile before getting to sleep. I also have a hard time lying on my back to get to sleep.
I've taken my 1st dose of ES this morning and the "stuff" is flying already. I love this part of the flush. You get to see how much "stuff" is leaving my body that is making it healthier.
