I did my fourth flush on Friday. THis one went much better than the previous one. Yesterday (Sunday) I got a rush of energy and happiness and felt better than I had in a long time. I noticed I was singing in the car and when I got home I wanted to do five things at once. I couldn't figure it out since nothing had changed, but then I realized it must be related to the flush! That's great because I was very discouraged I hadn't felt better after my first three flushes. Now I can't wait to do my next one in two weeks!

I got out about ten stones that were smaller than a pea, one bigger irregularly shaped one, and alot less chaff this time. One thing I noticed, they were all soft. I'm wondering if that is from the gold coin grass and apple juice or is it just that they were newer stones that didn't have time to harden.
