I did a flush last night I guess I ate too much in the day because I drank a lot of the OO (Olive-Oil) and the grapefruit and I still haven't had a BM and thats weird. I Drank the mixture about midnight( I am a late person) and about 9 am I woke up and threw up. I tried not too but I just went to the Bathroom in the morning and then I had to immediately throw up. Yeah I know that I disguisting But it stayed in me a while. I was wondering If I had too much in my stomach would The OO (Olive-Oil) not have an effect. I know something is going on because I have been having pains all day and I think a stone is stuck but I am pulling threw it. I had to work this morning so I just tried to work threw it and I did but there is kind of a little shocking pain that is going on. It feels like something is going on I just dont know what...any clues anyone?

I remember one flush I did I made the same mistake you did. I also had corn that day. I could never tell if I had passed corn or stones! Ha
We learn from our mistakes and then go forward. I learned there is a good reason Dr. Clark says to eat bland food the day of your flush!

You didnt' mention Epsom Salts at all????
Did you drink them before the Olive Oil???
I dont' think I would do a flush without drinking the ES first.
This relaxes and opens up the bile ducts.
Maybe try it next time.
I drink mine in water only, I think it works best just plain.
Then I take my OO (Olive-Oil) 1/4 cup shots every 15 minutes with a few sips of lemon juice to help it down.
My flushes have been more successful since doing it all this way.

And also try to use hot patch or water bottle to warm up your liver during and after flush or to calm down your pain in gb/liver.
I admit, sometimes I feel like throwing up in the morning and once I just returned the portion of beetroot juice, but a few thing are working for me to get over this.
Thry to squeeze and smell lemon skin, drink a little water with the lemon juice, drink plain graipfouit juice or green apple, eat orange.
Many of us feel real bad next morning, the flush is an operation without a knife. So try to think positive and move on and get your health back!

Don't worry I threw up too, but around 2am! So you're more likely to have a more successful flush than me! I didn't have any BM's in the morning! That's when I realised that I had neglected to drink lots of water on the day of the flush, and the day's prior to it. I was severely dehydrated. So I started drinking tonne's of water, and finally at 4pm I had some BM's and passed gravel-type stuff. I'm doing another flush on friday, and hope to have much better results since I'll be drinking lots of water.
