Well, no one is going to beat you up because you smoked. Wait a minute--I take that back. One person would and that is Dr. Richard Schulze and he would throw you out of his clinic. Ha

But, as long as you know you messed up, that's half the battle.

You will get some positive results from the Master-Cleanse anyway. But, think how much better results you would get if you didn't smoke!

Just know that we all mess up. We are all on the same path, but there are forks in the road and we take the wrong road a LOT of the time. Then, we pick ourself up, dust ourself off and start all over again!

Well, I'm doing the Master-Cleanse right now to help quit smoking. I've done it two other times and just couldn't stop smoking while cleansing. I feel a lot better, more alert and energized, this time without smoking...so far so good, but I understand completely. It's such an addictive habit. One other thing, I got itchy red spots, some kind of creepy rash on the previous MCs. I don't know if it was related to smoking or not, but I've no sign of them this time around (I'm on day 7), and it makes sense that all those toxins went straight to my skin. Well, good luck! You'll feel better even with smoking, and we all quit thngs when we're ready.
