Did liver cleanse, used zapper, followed the no junk/bread diet, 2 bottles of Clarkia and presto, no candida. My main objective was to make it very hard for the stuff to survive. It did'nt like the clarikia, being starved or the on-going shock treatments. I figured if the tissues were impregnated or tinted with the Clarkia it would be hard for the yeast to survive, so i just kept mixing the Clarkia in with my distilled drinking water. The clarkia is made up of herbs which kills the candida and other parasites, from what i understand.

One day i got a doozie of a headache, it must of been a migrane from an extra large dose of clarkia. It must of killed alot of bugs or released alot of toxins somewhere.
