Ireally don't know and was wondering the same thing. My son did the spit test this morning and it literally spread along the edge of the glass. I had him do it again and we both watched it do the same thing! What the heck does that mean? Little spit bubbles all around the circle of the glass? I took the spit test and it seemed I was in good shape but wanted to do Threelac along with my mother who I thought would benefit more because of her spit test showing stringie things. This is day 7 and I am the one with the worst die off effects while she feels just fine! It doesn't seem like the spit test is that accurate to me.

Hi, I am suffering from Candida REAL bad. I have it in my mouth, esophagus, and intestines and I can tell you I've tried the spit test over and over again and it didn't work. My spit did not move, spiral, swival or whatever at all. So I'm not sure what that is all about but I do know I have a bad case of candida and it didn't work for me. Hope that helps. :)
