Since march I still have major problems!! alopecia Universalis, psoriasis. The fibromyalgia is gone but can be attributed to Acupuncture and diet change!! So I am not sold at all on glycos I do believe it has helped others but I have to say effects have been minimal on me. I guess i will stop and see@!!!!
I know in the past I reported more energy but I was also doing b12 and iron and high vit c
