Good news everybody! Last night we heard about a recipe called Freddie's mud. Freddie told us about using it for all muscle, ligament, tendon strains and sprains. Even to avoid hip and knee replacements.
He recommended mixing 2 tsp. of A*****ose, 2 tsp. FIRM, and the powder of 4-6 Sport capsules. Stir and apply at night. Wrap in cellophane.
I tried this last nite on my pinkie...the tendon has been swollen for about a month and has hindered my progress in rehab. Most of you already know we hit a deer in Jan. and the air bag smashed two bones into 3 pieces each. The doctor put in 2 screws in Feb. Progress has been slow and discouraging at times. The tendon swelling was not a good complication. They want to shoot something (Cortisone) in it if it persists. This a.m. I can already tell a big difference. Couldn't wait to share this with ya'll.
