Hello Everybody!
Well, I had a successful 13th liver flush. Since my 12th flush (25 days ago), I have been experiencing a sharp sort of a pain in the region of my gallbladder. I had thought that I might be getting cleaned out pretty much, because on my 12th flush, I had only passed one small stone and several pieces that looked like small bits of wood--I call these things "Twix" pieces because they are hard and crunchy, like a Twix candy bar. I think these grooved pieces come from my liver ducts.
I have been looking in to using magnesium supplements and/or magnesium citrate (the kind that comes in a bottle and is used as a laxative) as an alternative to
Epsom Salts . I decided to use the bottled mag citrate for my first dose at 6 p.m. I took about 7
oz. I really wanted to be sure to have a good flush, so I went ahead and took a tablespoon of
Epsom Salts with water at 8. (Sorry, I guess I ruined my experiment...) I had my olive oil with grapefruit juice and the powder from four ornithine capsules at 10. The next morning, I drank another 10
oz. of the bottled mag citrate.
Well, I did pass about 25-30 split pea to pea sized stones the next day, along with ALOT of tiny chaff-sized stuff. My GB area felt like it had had a workout. I almost did a back-to-back flush by flushing again that evening. But it didn't work out. I'm just determined to go ahead and get whatever is in there out. I did not have pain over the weekend. (I had flushed on a Thursday evening).
Then Monday morning, I had a coffee enema. First, let me comment on these coffee enemas. Recently, I have been having heart palpitations, and I have been very sensitive to the effects of coffee enemas. Therefore, I have been cautious about not letting the coffee get too high in my colon. So, I have found that not doing a cleansing
water enema first has helped to keep the coffee in the rectum. At times, it can be difficult, so I have decreased the amount of water I add to the coffee concentrate, keeping the volume at 1 to 1 1/2 cups for each "implant", and holding it for 7 to 15 minutes, as I am able. It has been a boon for me (wisdom definitely bestowed from God). Then, if I feel like the second implant has gotten too high, I flush my colon with a water enema. I also lean slightly to the right as I implant the coffee, in almost a sitting position, and after the coffee is in, I clamp my buns real tight together and sit straight up in my bathtub. Actually, with such a small amount of coffee, sometimes I am able to run around my house doing the dishes or whatever! Imagine that! But usually, I just sit in my empty bathtub and do skin brushing for ten minutes or so.
Anyway, on Monday morning, four days after my liver flush, I did the
coffee enemas (two, one right after the other). While I retained the coffee, I ran around doing stuff, as I was beginning to feel so energetic! I literally ran from room to room emptying trash and doing all sorts of things. After the second enema, I knew that the expulsion of bile had moved something. I immediately felt a tightening in my liver area, and I rejoiced! I look at this as progress toward the removal of whatever seems to be blocking me up. I decided to take 400 mg. of magnesium citrate in tablet form to see if it would relax my ducts. It did not seem to alleviate the tightness. So I did all sorts of things outside. I transplanted many plants in my gardens, digging, weeding, lifting and carrying. I even jumped on my mini trampoline. With all that activity, the tightness eventually abated. I tried another
coffee enema this morning (Tuesday), but did not experience the same tightening. I hope my body moved whatever it was in there farther along toward the exit. One of these days, I'm going to pop out something worth talking about, I am certain of it! I've passed stones over an
inch long, so I can't imagine what this thing must be. It's probably a large Twix piece. Can't wait til it's outta there!
I've decided that on my next flush, I'm not going to mess around with the magnesium citrate. I will take the tablets daily, because I need it, but I will not try to use it in lieu of the
Epsom Salts .
