I am planning to have a Liver Flush tomorrow. I have some questions:
Can I take water after 2:00 p.m.?

You are not supposed to eat or drink anything after 2:00 p.m.


Can I water after I take the Epsom Salts ?

No, the water taken with the Epsom Salt is enough water.

When should I take the ornithine?

You take the ornithine right before you go to bed.

Should I take the ornithine with organic apple juice?

Just take the ornthine with water.

Before or after taking the Olive oil with grapefruit?
It really doesn't matter.

When can I drink water? - Right after your last Epsom Salt drink.
Can I drink Organic apple juice? - you can drink and start eating as soon as you feel like it - after your last Epsom Salt drink.

Also...I know a few people who drink water up until just 1 or 2 hours before their first Epsom Salt drink. I know I do! (and some others do too and still have successful flushes..and are well hydrated) You can experiment and see if it works for you...
