I am in the same boat! Just tried this for the first time, though it was recommended to me almost 2 years ago by my chiropractor for allergies & some other problems. I was pretty excited that something would happen because even just drinking the apple juice made me feel good. Full of a different kind of energy. (I did a 3-day fast of just apple juice & distilled water).
What I am wondering is does it matter how much magnesium/
Epsom Salts you drink? I drank one glass the 2nd morning, one glass the third morning and one later that night. Today is day 4 (the "big day" supposedly). I woke up feeling funky and nauseous, took some
Epsom Salts , had 3 diarrhea movements, which yielded nothing spectacular, although I did find a small soft blackish-green thing about the size of an apple seed that smelled very much like apples. (Probably not from juice as I bought mine at the Health food store).
But I just took 1 teaspoon dissolved in distilled water. Is that not enough? It was the recommended dose on the package and I didn't want to exceed that, not knowing the possible results of an overdose on
Epsom Salts .
[I also have to admit that I kind of liked the taste (mixed with lime juice). I kind of liked the peanut oil and grapefruit juice for a while too, but then it eventually got kind of nasty.]
I have started eating again, so I am not sure what will happen next. My stomach does feel a little funny every now and then.
Oh I also want to confirm -- gallbladder pain is sort of a squeezy terrible pain located under the right rib cage, yes? I had it for the first time just as I decided maybe I really should do a liver cleanse.
thanks for any answers....
