Hi Tracey,
All I can say is WOWEEEEEEEE!! I just had the most intense experience!
I decided after coming home from work to try a coffee enema. The discomfort was just too much to ignore. So I boiled the coffee and while I waited for it to cool, I gave myself A VERY rough massage of my ascending colon area where the blockage seemed to be. While I did the enema, and waited the 12 minutes - I read the brochures sent to me from the
colonic hydrotherapist. Very positive and appropriate reading.
The first enema produced about seven really dark strands of mucoid plaque!!!! I couldn't believe it. I caught it in the colander and thought it must just be lumpy pooh. But when I put on my rubber gloves and inspected it, I realised it was all stringy. One strand was ten
inches long!!
Feeling ELATED, I did the second round of the enema. This time I filled the colander 1/4 full!!!!!!!! When I looked at it, it looked sloppy like diahorrea, so I figured that it was the psyllium finally coming through. But no! I flushed water over it, gave it a shake and nothing passed through the colander. The whole mass was mucoid plaque. But this time it was of a dark green colour with patches of orange and a little bit of white mucus. And it was really soft and slimy. There were even small soft
Gallstones attached to the plaque!
Wow, I was amazed, especially since I read (in the brochures) that enemas only reach 1 foot of your colon, whereas
colonics reach the whole 5 feet. So if that much gunk can be passed in one foot, imagine five.
I still have the discomfort at the base of my ascending colon, so I think that the blockage is pretty badly impacted there. I dare say the
colonic will fix that tomorrow though! I really can't wait to experience it for the first time.
Thanks so much for all your support and advice Tracey! You've been a blessing to all of us here.
By the way, I have stopped the P&B shakes till after my
colonic like you said, and I'm going to start slower with them, this time round.
