Finished my cleanse well last night by snacking on some banana and orange peices and am now just finishing a bowl of HM vege soup. yum. No ropes this time but being my first cleanse at age 24 it was more of a spiritual cleanse..and lots of old ropes were severed. Cleansing has been an amazing experience for me and i advocate it's benefits to all.
