If you're constipated, or want to increase your bowel movements, try consuming asparagus. I bought a big bunch 5 days ago. I usually have 1-2 bm's daily, but since i started using the asparagus i'm having 3 bm's daily! I've been using 6 stalks a day. I juice 4 of them with carrots for lunch, then for dinner i cut 2 of them in thin slices and eat them with rice. I don't cook them. Most stalks are hard at the bottom, so i cut about an
