OH MY GOD! They are the cold and flu remedy.
Circulation is plugged up - you bless yourself with Cold water and then hot on your lungs, etc. and scream in there. Use my Clinical Air in there - breathe it in.
At my home we use someone's cold to have a hydrotherapy night! We have 2 gallons of juice, distilled water, d-tox tea. Everyone does dry brushing. Whoo Hoo! We go nuts Hot & Cold. And in the morning everyone feels better. And if the cold isn't gone - you do it again!
My other cold and flu routine - take a hot hot bath. Put the heat up, drink 6 cups of hot tea, even hot water, but peppermint and ginger is better. Sweat your brains out. As long as you can stand. (Before you pass out). Then take a quick cold shower. Wrap up and go to bed. Sweat that out. Take 2
oz of Super Echinacea and some Super Tonic. I put 2
oz in one liter of water and then drink that over 2 days once per month as a preventative.
