I understand the importance of structured water but am unsure about adding chemicals to the water to produce this. I have found a new water that is structured to 1-3 parts and has a pH of 9.0-9.5 without chemicals. I would choose to use a product that is produced without chemicals than to use one that uses unknow chemicals to alter the water.
