I am through 9 days now and I have lost 11 pounds.
The past 2 days, I have lost 4 pounds!
All I did differently is drink 1-2 extra glasses of water between Lemonades
and slowly jog (almost in place -- more movement up than forward -- raising my knees higher)
behind my daughter's stroller for about 1600 feet only once a day.
That's it!
I have been documenting all my progress on the
Master-Cleanse charting :
the date
what day of the fast I'm on
My weight on a digital scale (first thing in the morning after my first pee and before drinking the salt water)
and everything I drink and the times I drink it.
Now I'm going to add the exercise I am doing to my list.
Another thing I do is tally up my
pounds lost after every week.
A big thing that has helped my morale is pulling out my too-small (used-to-fit) jeans and
trying on the biggest pair, but only once a week.
My largest pair is now easier to zip up.
Once those get baggy, I'll move on to the next smaller pair.
I look forward to the day I box up all my fat clothes. (I'll save them for the next pregnancy)
Just do some kind of extra movement everyday.
