yup..i have done these also, though i admit only about 100 hindu squats was my avergae and about 120-130 on occassion.An excellent excersize indeed! i never really did too many hindu push ups,though i would rep out hundreds of diamond,inclined and knuckles push ups-alternating them between everyday.follow that with 100+ pull ups or chins,some ab work and i was ripped like bruce lee with 5% bodyfat and a bodyweight of a solid all muscle 145,boy was i thick and cut up-but i was also drained most of the day.I looked great after a high carb meal,especially after fasting all throughout the daytime. I still do bridges, and it helps out my back tremendously!
