I got my new rebounder tonight. I set it up and .......... well.......... it was fun to bounce on. I even found myself shifting from foot to foot and moving my arms this way and that. I like it. It is parked in front of the TV in my living room... in front of my recliner. I actually think I will use the dang thing.
I bought the one with the stablizer bar. I am going to get my friend who has MS to try it. Any feedback on folks with MS and rebouders?

I just logged back into CZ after a very long time to try to contact an old friend and I see I have emails.
So anyway the rebounder is sitting on my back porch full of spider webs & green algae stuff. Maybe it's time to clean it off and start using it again.
Maybe we can encourage each other.
