What type of protein can I supplement with? I would like to use whey and/or casein but I'm concerned about the molecular mimicry issues associated with said proteins. Is it possible to avoid these? Should I just stick with my eggs and meat?
I use Dr. Schulze 's Superfood, which has a lot of plant protein in it. I put it in my morning juice that I make, and I do a two hour workout on this alone - with lots of energy to spare. After my workout I do Dr. Christopher's Jurassic Green or Dr. Christopher's ENVY, which both also have plant proteins in them.
I personally don't like putting animal proteins in my body (I'm a vegan vegetarian).
best protein supplements are meat,chicken or beef.Vegetable protein does not do it.I haven't tried Dr Schultz super food,so I cant comment on it.Whey protein is not as good as whole meals
