Gently hold your tongue to the roof of your mouth behind your top teeth and this will complete the 'eletric circuit' that travels around your torso. this will give one better focus and energy during the 5s and all the time for that matter, it becomes a comfortable habit. While breathing hard in the 5s it is still possible to keep that contact. Some poeple can feel/taste a sensitive buzz in this spot and that is their loose wire sort to speak.
and for a real thrill go to this site and watch a blue bird nesting box. she has 3 eggs! what are the 5s for but to feel better in enjoying life itself and new life is happening here!
