I´m doing the exercises for about two months now and feel much better, have more energy and am more optimistic. My need for sleep decreased, I think. Did anyone get more or different results?
Yes, Keith, I´m up to 21 repetitions. I think I got there too fast (perhaps 3 weeks), because in the beginning it was pretty strenuous. Now I need about 10 minutes for all of them. I do them before going to bed. Bye, Linnea
When I do them in the morning they wake me up so much, I can't imagine trying to do them at bedtime...also I like to do them on an empty stomach...When I was first building up I did one set in the morning and another at night...but then they started to become easier, so now I just do them all in the morning...
