Have any body had any reaction after starting these exercises.
And also is the 5th exercise only makes you strong or it also is for body building for it may be ideal for a man not for a woman.

Not sure why you would think it is for bodybuilding, except all of these exercises seem beneficial to the body...the fifth rite seems to ensure the flexibility of my spine...Now when I do the fifth rite, I can feel each bone in my back as I move...reminds me of tumblers in a lock...when I started stretching my back was like a rubber band at best....
