I only had bb. I saw it as a forerunner to other problems of potential toxicity and jumped all over it. In the last 11 years, I've had one cold which lasted 2 days and that's it for illness for me. I've always been quite healthy, but unlike most people who enjoy that blessing, I never take my health for granted.
