This is a reply to # 557,340You're welcome! By the way, I am curious what happens when you have metal fillings removed. What do you have them replaced with? Do they have white fillings or something? If you have them filled up again, why do they cause infection?

This is a reply to # 557,276You can do it! Usually, the hardest step to take is the first one. I like Lynne's idea of making an appointment with your self. When the day arrives, just take that first step. Then its one foot in front of the other. Keep your focus and after a few days, it'll become easy.
