Greetings,
This is my first day also. Seems to be going pretty good. I was very hungry in the moning, and denying myself coffee when i got to work was a bit tough. Now i feel better and the lemonade has filled my up sufficiently.
I'm feeling pretty energetic so i'm contemplating going to workout after work. Then I'll prpbably just take the rest of the evening off and just chill out in bed.
How are you other first day-ers doing? I think it would be great motivation for us to keep in touch with regular posts to this forumn. You could also e-mail me directly if you want. I think it would be very benificial to hear all your progress physically, spiritually, and mentally. I need to keep focused on the benifits of this journey and not get distracted with thoughts of food.
How many days are you planing on going?
