These are all symptoms of an hormone-secreting pituitary tumor. You really need to be examined, an opthalmologist can do an exam on your vision to begin with, to make sure your vision is not in danger. I know a few people that have had their optic nerves compressed by a pituitary tumor and it isn't a good situation to find yourself in.
I suffer from Episodic Cushing's Disease with a pituitary tumor and Rathke's Cleft Cyst, with intermittant Addison's Disease. I just stumbled on this forum tonight and my comments to posts here are only meant to help people. I'm well-versed in endocrinology and pituitary situations.
