What is in the eyebright formula, and is it made for putting in the eyes? If it's just a tincture made with alcohol, that wouldn't be good for the eyes, and alcohol would definately burn your eyes. I know that eyebright is taken internally to help the eyes, but don't know anything about using it as a wash. Personally, I would think that something that caused extreme burning and redness wouldn't be good...

I think the idea is to get the circulation moving in your eyes (so the formula may have cayenne in it) Same thing happened to me. I started over again with less tincture in the water/eye cup. Then the effect was less dramatic. Then I gradually built up to more drops per water/eye cup. I think the highest I could tolerate was four drops. But if you build up gradually, you tolerate it better and hopefully, you get the desired result: healthier eyes and clearer vision. My eyes started feeling better but I never had a big transformation. Probably because my shoulders, neck and head are hard as a rock. Decided I should do the complete Incurables Program and get everything moving.
