Congrats on completing the cleanse!
Issue 1: Dr. S is very clear that we are to be having 2-3 movements a day. If not, increase your formula 1. A big point of the cleanse is to keep the fm 2 moving and coming out. It is a magnet that absorbs 44 times it's size in toxins. But you need them to move along so the next bit of clay absorbs more... etc.
The experts will hopefully respond to you soon, but what I'm learning is we reabsorb these toxins thru the intestinal wall unless we keep the psyllium and clay moving along. Otherwise, in a cleanse we stir everything up but may not get it out of our body. Then there is a heavy load of toxins being recycled.
Issue 2: Another doc that I respect, Dr. Anderson, who wrote Cleanse and Purify Thyself 1 and 2, wrote that when you have lots of toxic/cleanse reactions after a cleanse it means you weren't done cleansing and that your body is not ready to stop.
Dizzyness is a sign that there are too many toxins in your blood; the blood gets thick and it's harder/slower for oxygen to get to the brain. So we're to stand up SLOWLY, raise our heads SLOWLY etc.
My suggestion would be to do some serious
juicing with fruit (allot of Granny Smith apples and beets to cleanse your blood) and do another
Bowel Cleanse ASAP. Be sure to take enough formula 1 to have a BM 2-3 times a day.
If you are willing, you could buy some psyllium/bentonite clay at your local health food store, use your fm. 1 to keep things moving and stick to a liquid,juice diet with one veggie meal a day. Then order one or two bowel cleanses. Dr. S wrote that it takes 4 to 5 of his
Bowel Cleanses before folks start to reap the benefits of sloughing long ropes of mucoid plaque.
I'm the new kid on the block so I'll be interested to see what Bob, Tyler, Owen and Donna suggest.
