When I read your post it reminded me of this amazing thread I read about 2 years ago on the SNH sight. I made a copy, couldn't see anything further that has been posted on it in all this time.
Hope it helps,
Big scary deal!
Earlier this month, a good friend of mine was in a bad car accident. Their vehicle rolled down a mountain embankment, and this young man was not wearing a seatbelt. (the other young man with him did not live)When they life flighted him in, he was in a coma, and they gave him a zero chance of survival. He was put on life support, and we were told he had severe brain damage, spinal injuries, and that if he made it, he would never walk again. So we prayed for all we were worth.
When his mother asked me if I could help, I felt a little overwhelmed, but I knew in my heart that Icould help.
I felt like this one was to big and scary to handle by myself, so I called Nathan, and went over the things I already knew, and also got some very good pointers from him (and alot more courage than I had, and a little faith too).
I went to work. At first we could only massage his feet, so we used the BF&C massage oil, and did a little sustained accupressure, and massaged the oil into his spinal and brain areas. There was fluid on his brain, and they had a monitor hooked up to it. It went down several numbers while I was there that day. He slowly came out of the coma, but they had him heavily medicated.
(We started using B&B tincture in his ears, and rubbing it into the medulla area, and as far down as we could get with it since he was still braced and bandaged too)
As soon as he was able to eat, we started spooning raw comfrey water down him with superfood, and jurrasic green, and a little aloe vera.
It's been a few weeks now since the accident. When I sat down today, I could see that we had come a long way with him. He doesn't quite act normal, but his speech is perfect, and they are going to let us have him out in a couple of weeks. We are starting with the BF&C tea, (he has been unable to swallow anything as thin as water or tea because of the soreness from the respirator
and we have to make his green drink thick so he can swallow it) and will be doing fomentations. I know this kid will walk again. We will also be doing hydrotherapy on him. I wil update this with a progress report in a couple of weeks.
Thanks Nathan!!! Thanks Everyone at the School!!You are wonderful!!!

Reply Big scary deal!
The doctors are telling us that this kid has had a miracle! When we started, they were telling us permanent vegatable. Now they are saying they have never seen anything like this. They are still saying permanent wheelchair, but I think not.
We will have him out next week. We are planning hydrotherapy, and BF&C compresses.
What do you think?
cayennaUpdate:
We are still working on this young man, he can lift one foot up a little by himself, and crawl just a little. The feeling is coming back into his legs just a little. He is still using a brace for spinal support, but we are getting closer to our goal of full recovery every day!
The Doctors up at LDS Hospital held a conference (in honor of my friend that I have been working on)because they can't figure out how someone with the injuries he had came through with absolutely NO BRAIN DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, and a spine that has healed PERFECTLY when he was told that with a spine crushed as his was he would have to.... I can't remember what all metal pins and plates and such...but anyway this kid is well on his way back to walking! the feeling is coming back into his legs! This kid, according to the doctors should not have even lived! and here he is almost good as new!!!!
Now, what say ye for Natural Healing

I forgot to mention that the thing that made the biggest difference (besides his good attitude) was hydrotherapy. The hot and cold water is an incredible therapy!

Reply almost complete
I think we have enough feeling going on in this kids legs to start him up on his feet now. We are going to have him start putting weight on his legs in the next fourteen days. We had a little slow down time where everyone thinks Easter means eat turkey and chocolate. tsk tsk.
Back to the program!! (sometimes he thinks I am a tuff task master, but he has a great appreciation for the healing that is going on here)
Ya know, I think my kids are learning so much with these experiences. Now not only Susan wants to learn so does Samantha. They are both determined that they are going to follow in my footsteps. Not later....right now today. (so impatient) "
