Start with IF#2 5x per day for a week. Very carefully use IF#1. I found that even though my bowels did move as well - IF#1 was what actually helped to heal them.
Probiotics are an excellent choice. I'd look for a good quality product, preferably one that is refrigerated at your local HFStore. Stonefield Yogurt is a decent addition to your diet as well.
A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and as much cayenne as you personally can handle is a nice pre meal cocktail.
