CAN I SKIP ONE E/S DRINK, GO RIGHT ...

Got delayed driving, took my first Epsom Salt drink at 8 p.m. If I take the 2nd one at 10 p.m., I would not get to the olive oil/ grapefruit juice drink until mightnight, a bit late for me.
Can I skip one Epsom Salt drink and do the O/G AT 10 P.M. OR can I allow for one hour intervals instead of two???
Anyone tried this???- Better not Rusfox

This is a reply to # 542,488I think it is importatnt to keep the intervals between Epsoms and Oil as it stays in the recipe. Also it is important to relax and stretch ducts before taking the oil, and that is what epsoms are for.
I was in a similar situation once and just drank all the drinks with two hours delay but following all the intervals. The flush was sucessful.

MoreThis is a reply to # 542,488My last flush, I didn't skip a drink but, drank less. My flush was not nearly as successful as when I drank all of it.

Wormwood, Clove, Clarkia, Turmeric, Epsom Salt, Uva Ursi, Goldenrod
I didn't do the epsoms salts first time and it took 5 days for good results. This time I was a little late and will be doing the Olive-Oil mix in about 30 minutes and already the Epsoms have been working overtime. Now I see why it is important to do it right the first time.
