I just got finished up with a nice coffee colema. Wow! I released a ton of filth. I didnt use a colander to examine it but when i flushed i saw a couple big stones!!!! YES. bye bye stones. they looked pretty big, probably calcified stones. I know that they were stones because the toilet was brown and yucky (sorry for being so graphic) but these stones were a tan color, and i saw them swirling around when i flushed. Anyways, its a small victory for me. Currently started today an apple juice fast and will flush with the rest of you guys again on saturday :)

MoreThis is a reply to # 542,236I am doing a coffee enema tomorrow in preparation for Saturday. I'm also starting an apple juice fast with some Master Cleanse lemonade added for good measure (and a kidney cleanse). I tried Celery seed tea, but it didn't set too well. I am excited by Saturday's flush.

It was a beast of a flush. I think that all the coconut oil may have moved the stones up, I began to feel bad and when I flushed, they popped out.
