One of my main reasons for finding this site, I had a blood workup and my cholesterol was 260 and the doctor wanted to give me lipitor or something like that. I don't like taking medicine if I can help it and so he suggested searching the web for cleanses to try first. Best advice he ever gave me!! I will be retested in January, after the flushes I am anxious to see the results!! Last Friday Bill Cosby was on Good Morning America talking about his cholesterol and cleansing, said a good friend told him about it. One thing he did say was to wait a week or so after cleansing to have a cholesterol test because the first time he didn't wait and the olive oil made his test show over 500 and freaked the doctor out lol.

2nd day - Alot of pea size black stones with small red particles mixed in. Also had alot of mucous looking stuff. I was too afraid to do more than just look lol

3rd day - OMG I had to push to get this out and was amazed at how solid the mass was but it was loaded with more black pea size stones and now some greenish ones. What amazed me was that the solid feces was baby sh@t yellow. I hadn't read yet that this would happen, but it felt like a relief to get that much out!!!

4th day - Just when I thought it was over!! The weather here in Texas has really cooled down and I felt like a nice cup of hot apple cider. 30 minutes later I was donating to the porcelain god again and this time no need to push lol. There were long fiberous strands and half inch white flat chunks about a quarter inch wide (taking a guess but think it was a tape worm), I shudder to imagine what it was but darn glad it is out!!!

For those that asked, I am definetly going to make this a lifelong habit now that I know it does work! I have already talked my 24 yr old daughter into doing this too!! She has developed adult acne and the doctor has her on a year of antibiotics. I personally think this is extreme and sent her a link from a forum on curezone addressing the toxin affects on acne. I don't have a problem but did have some skin discolorations. After my flush everyone said gee you look so pale are you sure this is good for you. Well today my skin looks even tone, that is why I looked pale to them, no more brown patches... hooray!!!

I hope I wasn't too graphic in my descriptions but I don't know how else to describe what happened to me.
