determined
Due to a frightening ordeal with an abcessed tooth two weeks ago, I am now finishing up the final round of
Antibiotics . (and grudgingly; I am aware of a lot of the problems associated with them.)
So far, there have been no signs of candida other than sneezing(!), but I know my immune system is low, and I know the candida is lurking somewhere, ready to take over. As part of dealing with this, I am thinking of doing a round of high enemas and finishing off with an acidolphilus implant in addition to diet changes and taking supplements.
Can someone with experience with this please share your thoughts and recommendations?
Also, I'm not sure what to add to the enema water that would help. Any ideas? My usual has been soda and
Sea Salt (as recommended by
Edgar Cayce ), but I've been thinking about other possible options:
-garlic
-black walnut tincture
-coffee
-grapefruit seed extract
-pau d'arco tea (just an idea; I've not actually found that in any literature, so it might be a very bad idea)
-I know there are other options that just don't come to mind right now...
And timing: People have told me to start the frontal attack now with yogurt and probiotics, but I don't see the logic in putting in live cultures at the same time the antiobiotics are busy killing it off. My plan (open to change) is to begin the probiotics and yeast killing in earnest as soon as I'm done with the pills. If I'm really kidding myself and need to get on the program now, please say so!
Any thoughts or suggestions would be really appreciated.
