This is my second time on the cleanse. I did it last time for 20 days. I was only gonna do 7 but It was such a great feeling after day 5 I just kept going. Now on my second cleanse (day 3) and Im doing the Bowel Cleanse also (P&B) It is wonderful to have this forum to chat. I recommend this cleanse to everyone and relax and take it easy. How did you feel after your 20 day cleanse? Did you stop because you had met your goal, or did your body tell you it was time to end it?
I too am full of questions for this first time.

MoreThis is a reply to # 528,550My goal was 7 days, and I went 20 because it was such a great experience...After 20 days it just felt right to stop. That first sip of fresh squeezed OJ was PURE HEAVEN. It made me appreciate food a whole differnt way.
