Greetings, All!
I have completed my first flush today.
I have gotten rid so far of about 300 tan coloured stones, ranging from 2-7mm in diameter (the vast majority were 2-3mm, though; only a few - maybe around 15 were larger). I did not count the numerous ones smaller than 2 mm, that went right through the colander, although they DO have the potential to become BIG, given time. The larger tan stones, the ones about 7mm, had a bright green core.
The first thought that came to my mind when I saw these small tan stones, which looked like fragments of something bigger, only rounded around the edges, was "Thank you, Julia Chang!" (I took Gold Coin Grass tincture in the morning and Coptis tincture at night for about a month in June, and I think this helped crush the older larger stones I had). Together, I would estimate that all 300 pieces could have probably made 4-5 golf-sized tan stones.
I was surprised I did not see any green stones. Lo and behold, after the 3rd ES I discover (in TOTAL, so far)34 large bright green babies, from 10-17mm in diameter, with the largest at 26mm!! (this one is a darker green monster), plus about 50 greens smaller than 5 mm. I assume the green ones are newer. They are nice and round, looking like beans. More kept coming after the fourth ES. I love ES!!! (not the taste, though). So sorry I don't have a digital camera!
Also, I have to mention the tons of tan chaff and approx. 3/4 cup (maybe 1) sludge I eliminated. Gone for ever!!
It was a thrilling experience for me, to see this stuff with my own eyes, coming from my own body...Wow!!!
It is soooo different when it happens to YOU.
They keep coming, though! I am NOT fond of the Epsom Salts , but I would NEVER skip the morning doses, I love how they bring all these monsters to lihgt!
Oops, another 16mm one plus 5x5-6mm ones...I lost count now...
I can't wait to do it again in two weeks.
It's so exciting when we take control of our health!
Thank you, all Curezone folks, I don't think I would have had the courage to do it, if it weren't for you!!
Also, I can't wait to hear from my flushing buddies tonight!

PPS What my body wants right now is one LARGE cup of coffee, no milk, no sugar! Should I give in to temptation?

You have inspired me so much during the last few months!
I am extremely grateful for people like you and others here, on the Curezone (too many to name, and I would feel terrible to miss even one), who are true lighthouses, spreading light and helping us reach the shore of Good Health!
I worked very hard at it, started in Feb., knew this was my goal, so I did all the cleanses Hulda recommends, starting with the Bowel Cleanse. I did it "by the book" - maybe that's why it was so easy today. The most difficult part of the LC last night, for me, was the thirst, as I drink hot water and green tea like a duck, every day.
The hardest thing during these 8 months was the wait itself, and the discipline involved.

I too did my first "Clark" style flush, and had the same feelings you do, especially in thanks for the people who post here, and support and encourage others to do what is so rare and unknown to most of the world. Yet, these simple methods are incredibly important to health.

You are very kind. Other than thirst, I was OK.
Today I felt like a million bucks, I hope the feeling will continue (although Hulda says 'not for long')
I did take some pics, only 3 (I asked a friend of mine to come over with her digital camera, but when I showed her the stones, she totally freaked out - so I had to cut it short). Hopefully, I will soon have the time to figure out how to post the pics in the Curezone.
I was so astonished and amazed today, I kept repeating like a parrot, the entire day: "I can't believe I did this! I can't believe how good I feel! This is nothing short of amazing!" Yet, some of the stones are sitting right there, in my freezer...

What a great first flush! Mine was a success too...I've been so excited all this morning! I did have some nausea in the night, more intense than I've had before, and then I was so cold inside, that deep inner coldness that I always get while cleansing (I'm doing a Bowel Cleanse now too). But...thanks to all you fabulous people at curezone, I knew what to do...I took another dose of epsom in some water with a bit of apple juice, and the nausea left. I went back to sleep. In the morning I passed maybe...I don't know, I didn't count them all, around 150 small tan stones, maybe 10 bigger green ones...and then...I couldn't believe it...2 stones 1" in diameter. I just had to fish one of these rocks out. Cut it open, it was completely green inside, just like all those pictures I've seen. Amazing.
Can't wait for the next flush!

I did get your message last night, but it was right before the OO/GJ thing, and I could not respond. But it sure felt good to know I had company!
Hopefully, in two weeks time, we'll do it again, together.
