Please help with imput.
wenesday afternoon started cleaning my system out
with epsom salt.
no food for 4 days
apple juice and water
last nite 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
followed by 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice.
also Epsom Salts .
this morning evacuated. no stones floating.
does this usually happen in the morning or will happen later in the day.
seem to be burping olive oil this morning.
had some more apple juice.
stool still pure liquid but brown. is it supposed to be clear. nothing floating

This is a reply to # 526,470You can expect the results untill tomorrow morning or so. Your stones may sink as well. Only use of colander can provide 100% picture of what you are really passing. Otherwise you can not judge for sure.
Do you feel any change?
Try to flush again in a couple weeks if you don't have any pain. If you have pains you may flush earlier.

You may already have produced some more stones by now. The day after flushing I do 3 organic coffee enemas Spaced 4 hours apart, morning, early afternoon and about 4 hours later. They always get lots of stuff out for me.
Next time when flushing, no Epsom Salt after oil, really nothing at all after oil. Think, oil and water do not mix. Next time.
