it is my undersstand ign should wait 2 weeks between flushes unless havign serious pain/ then keep doing them evyer 2 weeks as best you cna til youpass at elast 2000 stones total then goto a maitennce tyep flush plan

My philosophy is listen to my body rather than going by a strict number. I've actually done them on consecutive days and gotten good results. I'm now preparing to give my liver a few weeks break because I don't want to overtax it. I feel that it needs some time to rebuild and recover. Trust your intuition.
