I've been doing Liver Flushes to clean out all the years of birth control pills I was on and this last one I did on Friday proved that I really do need it. I have been fertility charting for a while now (irregular periods), taking my temperature every morning. So I know when I ovulate and when I will start my period. Well my temp was normal until Saturday morning when it jumped. You may know about this already, but that signals the rise in progesterone when your body is about to ovulate. I thought that was really interesting since it then went back down to normal the next day and has been normal since. How neat to see proof that something really is working!
