Cold pressed extra virgin is the best. It is all I have ever used. Maybe some one else will come along and be able to help you with your question.

HI Alan,
No, you don't have to use the green cold pressed olive oil. How do I know? I used the lighter yellow olive oil and my flush was great. I also read that someone used hazelnut oil and their flush worked too.
