If I juice apples to help with flush, should they be green, red or can I mix them? Doing my flush late tomorrow morning or early afternoon. Nervous, but ready. Sick of my skin issues. My skin is actually getting better, but still not where I'd like it to be. Just praying the stones will slip right out!! Please pray for me!
