What epsom salts do you use

I have never done the gallbladder flush and i would like to know the kind of Epsom Salts you use.
Is it the same kind that you take a bath with?
Bought some from health foods store today and i need to know if that is the correct kind.
Can you use celtic Sea Salt or does it have to be Epsom Salts for sure?- Re: What epsom salts do you use Omie

Sounds like you have the right Epsom Salts . My box is from the grocery store. On the side are instructions for bath and taking as a laxative. Epsom Salts is actually Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate. Not realy salt at all, just in the form of granules like salt.

I actually thought there was a special kind to take for the flushes.
