I'm not sure where to ask this, but I want to start soaking in epson salts, I'm looking online for it but all I'm finding is Sea Salt , is that the same thing? If not, where can you buy epson salt? Thanks- Re: epson salts = sea salt? alisaun

Hi Melanie,
Epsom Salts are different from Sea Salt - the term "salt" is a bit of a misnomer as epsom is actually magnesium sulfate.
The GOOD news is that it is much easier to find than Sea Salt . Well, depending on where you are, I suppose. Just go to pretty much ANY drug store and they will have it either in the first aid section or the laxative section.

Yes it is normal to feel tired. Not every does, but it is still normal.
